Linda is the friendly voice that you hear when you call to ask a question or place an order.  She enters thousands of orders each year.  She also handles counter sales in our bookstore.  Demand for our world-class training materials keeps her busy, but she’s never to busy to greet you with a smiling voice and a “customer first” attitude.
