Swank, Jr. |
Elmer has been with Hobart since
1969. With the exception of the first two years working in
the testing laboratory, he has been a welding instructor in both
the skill and technical training areas. Elmer is certified
by the American Welding Society as a welding inspector,
educator, and supervisor (AWS CWI/CWE/CWS).

| Charles
(Chuck) Ford |
Chuck has been with Hobart since
1963 and with Hobart Institute since 1980 teaching technical and
skill courses. Chuck is certified by the American Welding
Society as a welding inspector, educator, and supervisor (AWS
CWI/CWE/CWS). He also is qualified by the American Society
of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) in SNT-TC-1A in Level II in PT
(liquid penetrant testing), MT (magnetic particle testing), and
RT (radiographic testing); and Level I in UT (ultrasonic
testing). Chuck serves on the AWS Terms & Definitions
Committee; Symbols Committee; and as a judge for skills
competition.

| Nelson
Morales |
With over 30 years experience in
the welding field, Nelson has been with Hobart Institute since
1991 as a technical instructor. He is certified by the
American Welding Society as a welding inspector, educator, and
supervisor (AWS CWI/CWE/CWS).

Russ Shurtz |
Russ is a graduate of Hobart
Institute, joined the technical training staff in 2007, and
teaches several technical courses. He is an American
Welding Society Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS).
